Your license lasts as long as you’d like it to! WooShipping operates on a monthly subscription system payable upfront. Simply select the term of your choice and add the license to your cart. You will be able to start using the WooShipping plugin immediately. We’ll even send you a reminder to renew your license before the term expiry to ensure that you have uninterrupted service.
You sure can! The single site license will allow you to use the WooShipping plugin on a single site (domain). If you would like to use the WooShipping Plugin on multiple sites (domains) simply select the multi-site option.
The DHL plug-in by WooShipping.com is a premium plug-in with robust functionality. We want you to be happy using the plug-in! If at any time during the first 30 days from subscription date you feel that the WooShipping plug-in will not meet your needs, simply contact us indicating your desire to cancel your subscription and we will process your full refund within 5 business days.

WooShipping includes a basic notification system that sends your customer an e-mail when their package has been picked up by DHL.
Absolutely! You can set up as many ship-from locations as you’d like. In your settings panel, you can choose a default location to ship from. When you’re managing an order, you can override the default setting and choose a different location to ship from.
We do not offer a trial version of the plug-in but you can still try the plugin totally risk free! Simply select the license of your choice, add it to your Cart and pay for the subscription. You will have immediate access to the plugin. If for any reason you are not happy with the plugin, simply let us know within 30 days of subscription date and we will process a full refund for you.
- WooShipping requires WordPress 4.0 or newer.
- WooShipping requires WooCommerce 3.0 or newer.
- WooShipping works best when both WordPress and WooCommerce are up-to-date.
We do not support WooShipping on websites with WordPress >4.0 or WooCommerce >3.0. Make sure your website meets the minimum versions required before purchasing a WooShipping license.
The WooShipping plug-in supports domestic shipping with DHL in those countries where DHL provides domestic services. Please check with your DHL Account Representative to determine if domestic services are available in your country.
There are slight variations in shipping requirements from country to country. The good news is that the DHL plug-in from WooShipping.com allows you to select the country you are shipping from and the plug-in does the rest! Set it once and forget it!
Yes! The plug-in supports printing to standard laser/inkjet printers and thermal printers.
WooShipping pulls weight and dimension information from your list of products. Be sure to enter this information at the product level and it will automatically carry over to the DHL plug-in when generating shipping labels.
If something goes wrong, we can use debug mode to figure out when and where problems are occurring. If everything is running smoothly, please leave debug mode disabled.
