Annual Subscriptions

The DHL plug-in by WooShipping.com is a premium plug-in with robust functionality. We want you to be happy using the plugin! If at any time during the first 14 days from subscription date you feel that the WooShipping plugin will not meet your needs, simply contact us indicating your desire to cancel your subscription and we will process your full refund within 5 business days.

For all annual subscription terms (single site or multi-site license)

If cancelled within 14 days of subscription date: Full refund

For a subscription term of 1 year

  • Cancellation within the first 14 days: Full refund
  • Cancellation after the first 14 days: No refund

For a subscription term of 2 years

  • Cancellation within the first 14 days: Full refund
  • Cancellation after the first 14 days but before 1 year from subscription date: The subscription rate will be recalculated based on the 1-year subscription rate. A $25 administration fee will also apply.
  • Cancellation after 1 year from subscription date: No refund

For a subscription term of 3 years

  • Cancellation within the first 14 days: Full refund
  • Cancellation after the first 14 days but before 1 year from subscription date: The subscription rate will be recalculated based on the 1-year subscription rate. A $25 administration fee will also apply.
  • Cancellation after 1 year from subscription date but before 2 years from subscription date: The subscription rate will be recalculated based on the 2-year subscription rate. A $25 administration fee will also apply.
  • Cancellation after 2 years from subscription date: No refund

Monthly Subscriptions

  • There is no partial reimbursement of the monthly subscription fee. As such, you must notify us at least one (1) business day before your monthly renewal date. For example, if your original subscription date was the 10th of the month, you would need to advise us by the 9th of the current month (or the closest business day before the 9th) to have your subscription end after the following 30 days.
  • Notice of subscription cancellation is to be provided by e-mail to support@wooshipping.com.
